Due to the nature of our work, refunds and cancellations are limited. Refunds are only considered if:

• The project work has not yet commenced.
• The refund request is made on the same day immediately after the payment transaction.

Refunds are typically not available once work has begun on a project, including planning, development, or customization. By making a payment for a product or service, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree that refunds are generally unavailable beyond the parameters set in this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Purchases of Digital Products

Digital products purchased from N Codes Lab, such as app templates, source code, or any other downloadable content, are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined in this policy.

• Refunds for Purchases Made in Error: If a refund request is submitted on the same day as the transaction and we have not started processing your order or customization, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
• Project Work Commencement: Once work on a project begins, whether it’s a digital product customization or a service, refunds will not be issued. This includes any initial steps, planning, or coding related to the project.

2.2 Customization and Service-Based Projects

Refunds are only applicable if no work has been started on a customization or service-based project. For these projects:

• Same-Day Refunds: Users may request a refund on the same day of payment if no work has been initiated on their project. Beyond this period, refunds are unavailable unless we determine, at our sole discretion, that special circumstances justify a refund.
• No Refunds Once Work Begins: If any work has started on your project, including planning, design, or development, your eligibility for a refund is forfeited.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that project needs and requirements can change. If you wish to cancel a project or service with N Codes Lab, please review the following terms:

3.1 Requesting a Cancellation

• Cancellations must be submitted on the same day as payment to be eligible for a refund if no work has started.
• Cancellation requests may be initiated by contacting us at contact@ncodeslab.com or through our support system on the N Codes Lab website.

3.2 No Cancellations Once Work Begins

Once work on a project has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted. Work is deemed to have started once planning, development, or any administrative or technical efforts have been initiated. This policy ensures that resources, including time and effort, are respected and managed efficiently for all clients.

4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

In very limited circumstances, ncodeslab may consider a partial or full refund outside of these general conditions if:

• We are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen technical limitations beyond our control.
• We determine, at our discretion, that an extraordinary situation merits a refund.

Please note that any refund issued under these conditions will be determined case-by-case and may be subject to administrative fees.

5. Process for Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

To initiate a refund or cancellation request, please follow these steps:

• Verification Process: Upon receipt of your request, our team will review your account, the payment date, and project status to confirm eligibility.
• Response Time: Our support team will respond to your request within 2–3 business days to inform you of your eligibility and the status of your refund or cancellation request.

Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 working days from the approval date and will reflect in your account in 2-3 days. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method, but processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note the following scenarios are strictly non-refundable:

• Partial Work Completion: Refunds are not issued for projects where partial work has been completed.
• Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind after we have started work on your project.
• Digital Product Download or Use: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds are not available.
• Failure to Provide Necessary Information: Refunds will not be issued if you fail to provide required information necessary for project completion, resulting in delays or inability to complete the project.
